Privacy Policy
RoseTech LLC ยท Bashmob, Joymob & Confetto ยท Last updated July 2, 2026
The short version
We collect the minimum needed to run your event, we never sell your data, guests join without creating accounts, and everything your guests upload is automatically and permanently deleted when your plan's retention period ends. Privacy isn't a setting here โ deletion is built into the product.
1. What we collect
- From hosts: your email address, event details you enter (event name, type, optional venue info), and purchase records. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email.
- From guests: only what they choose to post โ photos, videos, messages, game answers, and an optional display name. No accounts, no sign-ups, no tracking profiles.
- Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
2. How we use it
- To run your event: showing guest content on the big screen and in the album, keeping score in games.
- To send you transactional email about your event: your links after purchase, a reminder if your event isn't live yet, and a warning before your album is deleted. No marketing lists, no spam.
- To keep one accurate customer record per email so your events and purchases never get mixed up with anyone else's.
3. Who else touches the data
We use a small set of processors to operate the Service: Google Firebase (database, hosting, sign-in), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (media storage). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, ever.
4. Retention and deletion
- Event media (photos, videos, messages) is deleted automatically when your plan's retention period ends โ 7 to 365 days depending on plan. The exact date is shown in your welcome email and dashboard.
- Host account and purchase records are kept as long as needed for taxes, accounting and fraud prevention.
- Want something gone sooner? Email us and we'll delete your event's media within 7 days.
5. Children
Hosts must be 18+. Guests may include children photographed at family events โ the host is responsible for having appropriate permission from guests (and their parents) to capture and share event photos. We never knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
6. Your rights
Wherever you live, we honor the spirit of GDPR and CCPA: you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, correct it, or have it deleted. One email does it: james@rosetechllc.com, or just reply to any message from us.
7. Changes
If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we'll post the update here with a new date, and email hosts with active events.
